DYLANS DESCRIPTOIN of WATERLOO BATTLE FIELD

The mist covered the field and cratters scattered around like the surface of the moon it was like hell had just burst from the ground bodies still as logs inhabitited the battle field .The wind sang quietly through the trees as the smoke of the muskets hovered over the bodies.

The surviors marched slowly like snails through the thick wet mud that felt as cold as ice as the calvary galloped past. The battle field was like a mangled piece of earth the sky was like looking through a black hole fires of fury engulfed the field.

Brilliant writing, Dylan. I love the descriptive language that you have used, especially, ‘the wind sang quietly through the trees’. Well done!
